Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is in, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take an extra day or two — we'll always note this on the site if so.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart, so you'll see the exact amount before you pay.
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under that amount are charged a flat standard shipping rate, shown at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates below are in business days and begin from the date your order ships (not the date it's placed). They're estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees.
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
(Keep only the regions you actually ship to, and adjust the windows once your carrier and dispatch location are confirmed.)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, email us at support@tryrootvana.com] and we'll look into it.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to factors outside our control. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience, and we'll do everything we can to help track down a delayed order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@tryrootvana.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local carrier first, then contact us so we can help investigate.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping charge. These fees are set by your local customs authority — we have no control over them and can't predict the amount. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
